Supplements are very beneficial to my regimen when I’m training five to six days a week for two to three hours a day. There are many to choose from depending on your ideal goal, but what supplements should you take? Well, I have a few favorites that I take regularly along with a few that I add to my list when I’m gearing up for a competition. So, here are some of my must-have supplements:

Tight! – The original Tight formula is a great fat burner, and I really like using it for cardio because it doesn’t upset my stomach, and it helps me sweat a bunch.

MetaForce – A great all-around protein powder that has fast-release and controlled release protein, so it helps keep a constant flow of quality protein. Plus, it’s low-carb and high in EFAs.

Titanium Isolate Supreme – This is the ultimate hydrolyzed whey isolate protein. No fat, no sugar, and hardly any carbs at all (1/2 gram per serving!), so you can blend it with fruit for even more flavor and not worry about it being too high in sugars.

CoQ10 – The main reason I use this antioxidant is for heart health, but it’s also great for overall protection against free radical damage, and it helps with energy and endurance.

Missing from my photo, but something I rely on to get the most out of my workouts is Megatron pre-workout formula.  It’s stimulant-free, so I can use it along with Tight, but I still get a serious strength boost and intense pump in every muscle I concentrate on. I always try to cap off my supplement schedule with a quality BCAA supplement right after I work out, and often before, to make sure I’m always building and never losing muscle.

These are a few of the basics I like to always have as part of my supplement stack. I’ll add more throughout the year, depending on my goals, but these are mostly the staples I stick with all the time.

Stay healthy,
