Noy’s Training Tips
As you know, I am not a huge fan of cardio. However, there is no way around it but to do it. Aside from just the cardiovascular benefits, aerobic training is an important part of leaning out. Part of my current cardio routine involves using bands to engage my hips, glutes, quads and hamstrings. I also use cones as markers and change the pattern and speed. The possibilities are endless when you use your imagination! My current favorite pre cardio stack is:
1 Sc BCAA Boosted
1 Sc Performance Glutamine
Here is a portion of my routine. I combine 180 turns, laterals, squat jumps, one legged hops, etc. I do this for 30-40 minutes and never letting my heart rate drop below 70-75%. Give it try!
