Having exercise and vigorous training as part of my lifestyle from early on in life, I purposely seek out foods that are rich in antioxidants. Some of these foods are berries, vegetables bright in color, legumes, artichoke hearts, russet potatoes, apples and leafy greens. To make things easy, Green Supreme Fusion and Rawfusion Plant Based Protein are included in my meals to ensure that I am ingesting enough antioxidants to protect my tissues from damage.

Of course it is really tough to achieve the recommended amounts through just whole foods alone, I also supplement with micronutrients such as NA-R-ALA with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The benefits of including this powerful antioxidant are endless and also helps with maintaining my healthy blood sugar and insulin levels.

Very recently, San also made available Glutathione. I have been anticipating this and am expecting it to arrive in the mail any day now. Glutathione plays a large role in fighting against cell damage as well as strengthening the immune system.

Lastly, a powerful and often overlooked means of preserving a healthy mind, body and spirit is REST. Sometimes we push, push, so hard and get caught up in the constant chase to fulfill these goals. We may lose sight of the vision or reach a burn out. The best thing to do then, is to stop for a short break to regroup. That is exactly what I am doing right now. Rest, Recover, Reset and what better place to do it than the Dominican Republic!!!! It’s time to learn the BACHATA and unwind for a few days!
