I can’t always answer, but your comments mean a lot to me, so thanks a million and keep them coming. People often ask if I’m taking a break from my competition season. My mind is resting, for sure, but I’m sticking to my workouts. Of course, I know my body needs a rest, so training isn’t the same as it is before a competition, but it’s very important—especially for fitness competitors—to continue practicing elements for your routines. I still use my SAN Nutrition stack to keep me in shape and feeling great, but with a few small additions. I also use Dr. Feelgood Vitamins/Minerals, Glucosamine Chondroitin, Megatron, Fish Fats Gold, and Titanium Whey Protein. It’s also a time to be thinking about my next performance! I had an idea before the Olympia, and I’m so excited to learn something new while continuing to challenge myself. I’m ready and excited about it! familyThe most important thing happening for me right now is a visit from my family! If you follow me on social media, I’m sure you’ve seen many pics already. When you live so far away from family, you don’t realize how much you miss them until you’re with them again. This is a really great time for me! Stay strong. Work hard. Never give up!
