IFBB Pro Oksana Grishina My Performance Workout Prep For 2016!
Hello workout fans and friends,
There are just four weeks until the 2016 Arnold Classic in Ohio, and I’m very excited to be doing my workout and to present my new performance on stage in Columbus this year. As with every year, the Arnold Classic is where I like to debut my newest performance.
Looking back, it’s hard to believe all my ideas, the practice, and the hard workout has come together, and the routine is finally ready. I want to thank all my friends and everyone who helped and supported me through the process of the workout and creating this brand-new performance.
I train for my performance at a busy, public gym, so I’m always surrounded by many talented professional dancers, gymnasts, and entertainers who share the same workout floor. Because my performance includes elements from all these professions, it can be intimidating to workout in front of these pros, knowing that I’ll never be as good as they are.
But that will never stop me. I know all the practice will make me better than I used to be, and that’s what’s important. It’s about improving and believing in yourself and your goals.
So many people ask me about my supplement routine. It obviously changes from season to season as my workout training changes, but this is what I’m currently using as I finish my preparation for the Arnold:
