Diego Sebastian FIBO Power 2016 Recap
I’m finally home from Europe and have recovered from a bit of jet lag. The FIBO Power Expo was amazing, and our booth for SAN was huge with a ton of giveaways and people lining up to buy SAN products. It was great to meet and take pictures with many of the fans who make up SAN Nation. Everyone we met was very serious about health and nutrition, and they were well educated on fitness and supplements.
It was great to train at the local gyms in Cologne with my SAN teammate and IFBB pro bodybuilder Ed Nunn. I’m not a bodybuilder by any means, but I do incorporate many bodybuilding training principles into my routine, and I was able to learn some new techniques with Ed. I got some amazing muscle pumps thanks to SAN’s Megatron and trying to keep up with Ed in the gym, but when it came to the insane number of calories he has to ingest, I quickly stopped trying to keep up with his eating.
The German people were so nice to us and very accommodating everywhere we went. The FIBO Power Expo had healthy lean foods available at the event, which I haven’t seen at any expo previously. The entire expo ran like a clock, with stage appearances, contests, and giveaways happening nonstop and without any signs of going off schedule. I want to give a big “Thank you!” to HealthCity gym and Hotel Stadtpalais for taking such good care of us.
This was my second overseas trip with Team SAN, and I just want say how grateful I am to be part of such a great team and company. Thank you to Diana Norton & Jim Morrison for all the pre-planning at SAN headquarters in L.A., and the SAN Team members I traveled and worked with made it a great and very successful trip in every way. Big thanks to whole Team I got to work with in Cologne: Matt Boldt, Mike Fabiano, Oksana Grishina, Ed Nunn, Mirjam Rodrigues da Silva, and Yasmin Charley.
Traveling in general is taxing on the body, which makes me so glad to have SAN’s wellness line of vitamins and other supplements to keep me healthy. Check out the products on SAN’s website and see which ones suit your lifestyle, whether you’re looking for muscle size and pumps, trying to get as lean as possible, or attempting to keep up with pro bodybuilders in the gym.
Stay Strong!!
Best Regards,
Diego Sebastian
