Directions For I-BCAA MAX :
To maximize the effects of I-BCAA MAX, mix the content of 1 scoop in 10-12 oz. of filtered or alkaline water 15 minutes before your workout and sip throughout your training session.
Also, consume at least 1 gallon of water per day and maintain a diet that is rich in protein and carbohydrates.
Your training level and weight will determine how long it takes for I-BCAA MAX to work its effects on you.
Most users report noticeable results within 3-4 weeks of continued use.
After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 6 weeks before supplementing I-BCAA MAX again.
